Extremely bad experience because of one male staff member.
From the beginning, communication was chaotic. My paid 訂房網站 reservation for 2 nights was “cancelled” in the hotel system, and I lost almost 2 hours at reception.
Later, when I tried to extend my stay, one male employee behaved aggressively, disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Different staff members gave me completely different prices. A female receptionist clearly told me 50 € total for two nights (I confirmed twice). A few hours later, the same man demanded 100 € for two nights + city tax, spoke to me in a rude manner and refused any discussion.
Instead of resolving the misunderstanding, he called the police, exaggerated the situation and tried to portray me negatively as a guest. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary. Even the police understood that this was poor communication and bad customer service from the hotel.
Other serious issues:
• Very cold rooms, marble floors, high humidity
• No extra blankets provided
• Black mold in the bathroom
• Very poor breakfast
• Zero courtesy (no help offered even when I arrived with very heavy bags)
I moved to another hotel in the same city and the difference in comfort and attitude was enormous.
Because of this one employee, I will never return and do not recommend this hotel.
